This luxury apartment near Amoreiras in Lisbon has undergone major interior renovation and modernization.

Margarida Bugarim Interiores, together with the engineering office, developed and coordinated the interior architecture project, taking charge of the new spatial organization, as well as choosing all the materials, finishes and custom furniture designs.

Later, Margarida Bugarim was also in charge of the complete interior design, a valuable contribution to turning this house into a dream luxury apartment.

In the interior design project and following the client's guidelines, the main concern was to create a coherent interior architecture project, with large social areas that flowed into each other.

It was essential for the interior architecture project that the kitchen be integrated into the living area, since the cook on duty at weekends likes the moment of cooking to be one of sharing and pleasure between family and friends. To this purpose, the Margarida Bugarim studio designed and executed a magnificent bespoke kitchen, customized exactly according to his needs.

The interior architecture also redefined the private area with three suites and a generous walk-in closet for the master suite. The introduction of iron in the doors of the social areas and bathrooms was a detail that gave a lot of grace to the interior design of this luxury apartment.

In this luxury apartment, Margarida Bugarim has had the skill to introduce a series of antique family pieces and mix them in a way that is as harmonious as it is subtle, capable of creating a light interior design that delights the eye and invites serenity and relaxation. 

Afraid that the antique pieces would weigh down the atmosphere, the owners of this magnificent luxury apartment couldn't be happier with the result of this interior design. 

With an intelligent distribution and meticulous attention to detail, the interior design of each element has been carefully selected to create a contemporary atmosphere of comfort and sophistication.

In the living room, a long gas fireplace integrated into a stone-lined wall is the focal point of the room and brings warmth and comfort to this luxury apartment. Next to the large white sofa, a stone-lined bookcase with straight lines and long illuminated shelves adds a touch of sophistication to this interior design. On the other side, two elegant Italian design armchairs make up the corner, accompanied by a round coffee table in ironwood and stainless steel that add a special touch to the interior design.

In the dining area, Margarida Bugarim opted for an interior design that exudes elegance and charm. 

Plaster moldings and light blue straw cover the walls, creating a welcoming and elegant atmosphere. A white iron shelf displays precious antique blue Canton plates in an original way, while a contemporary hanging lamp illuminates the dining table, characterizing this interior design in a harmonious blend.

Separated from the dining room by a black iron sliding door, the kitchen is an example of contemporary design and functionality.

Bespoke oak furniture and a central island lined with calacata stone define the interior design, while three beautiful clear glass globes illuminate the area and provide both beauty and practicality.

Wool carpets, porcelain, crystal and works of art have been added to the interior design project to make this luxury apartment even more distinctive.

In the private areas, the interior design was also marked by sober and light tones, giving a glimpse of Margarida Bugarim's exceptional ability to harmonize the classic with the contemporary in any interior design project.
