Margarida Bugarim's studio was also asked to choose all the finishing materials, such as wall and floor coverings, sanitary ware and taps. In the five bathrooms, the options were very varied.
Margarida Bugarim's interior design studio was also responsible for drawing up all the bespoke furniture, such as closets, bathroom and kitchen cabinets, allowing customization according to the client's needs, as well as their perfect integration into the interior design project.
Also as part of the interior design project, we were asked to create a set of unique and personalized pieces.
Carpentry and bespoke furniture were a constant in every room, from the huge TV panel with bookcase, the slatted fireplace and the office bookcase to the children's beds and bedside tables, as well as all the smaller pieces of furniture needed for interior design.
After the briefing and some analysis, Margarida Bugarim's team began a meticulous journey through the world of interior design to create a space that reflected its owners.
It was clear that they wanted a contemporary and sophisticated interior design, with the functionality and practicality of accommodating a busy family with two young children.
The luxuriant landscape outside and the surrounding Sintra mountains were the perfect prelude to the interior design. Thanks to the soft tones and large open areas, we are immediately immersed in a comfortable and calm atmosphere whenever we enter.
In addition to a color palette that evokes tranquility, the interior design was elevated by the attention paid to every detail and the rigorous selection of pieces, perfect for a house full of young people with a taste for luxury.
In the living areas, noble materials and fabrics such as velvet, lacquer and leather were also used in the interior design, encouraging family gatherings and relaxed conversations.
The children's rooms were designed to be both extravagant and functional, offering separate areas for playing and relaxing.
In the huge master suite, the interior design was kept in sober tones, with touches of lilac, both in the sleeping area and in the work area and dressing room, but the open bathroom gives a feeling of greater spaciousness, resulting in a beautiful interior design detail.
The custom-made closets were created with precision, offering a variety of storage options without compromising the aesthetics of the interior design.
The kitchen, due to its size and the interior design implemented, has become the heart of the house, with modern amenities that facilitate both everyday meals and gourmet experiences.
